The Tower of Fantasy game is designed by Perfect World. It is a shared open-world, sci-fi, RPG game which explains the transition of humans from earth to an imaginary alien world.
At a point in time, resources and a lack of energy on earth become limited. These forced humans to migrate from earth to Aida., a lush and habitable alien world.
Aida has a comet called “Mara” with powerful energy called “Omnium” which humans can depend on for survival. They, in turn, built the Omnium Tower just to get hold of “Mara”. However, Omnium radiation starts spreading and will be disastrous.
The Tower of Fantasy game will take you through a compound alien world designed with beautiful structures. When playing the game, you can assume unique characters and use powerful weapons.
Also, you may team up online with friends and engage in battles. Each weapon has a different gameplay style and gives you a different impact while fighting in the alien world.
When is the Tower of Fantasy’s release date?
The Tower of Fantasy will be released globally in the third quarter (Q3) of 2022. According to information on the App Store, the release date for the Tower of Fantasy release date game is August 11, 2022.
However, a Twitter message also depicts that the game will be released on July 17, 2022. But, The Tower of Fantasy’s official message on Discord ruled out that both dates are not official. The message reads:
“‘Please note that as much as Apple Store suggests August 11th and the emoji posted on Twitter suggests July 17th, those are not the official dates.”
Hence, the real date for the release of the game is not yet known. At the moment, we only have speculations fly around. Although, the third quarter of the year falls in July, August, or September. We can still anticipate a release by then.
However, the game has been initially released in December 2021 in China.

Leaks from Tower of Fantasy
Some leaks have surfaced on the internet in the past months. One of these is a 21-minute beta test video of Tower of Fantasy in English posted on YouTube by Mike Fringe. In the gameplay, different animations, structures and controls in the game were leaked.
Some other cases include that of “Mora-x”, which made a comment that the game allows you to pet animals, unlike other similar games, “Charlie” disclosing that while Tower of Fantasy is pure sci-fi, Genshin Impact is just an old-school classic game.
