The Debt Review Awards Show: 30th September 2022

The debt review industry will find out the results of an industry wide peer review at the end of September 2022 at the Debt Review Awards Show.

The Show (on Friday the 30th) will be broadcast online on YouTube as has been done the last 2 years during the pandemic. This year, the Awards will be held as a hybrid event with some of the nominees and the event sponsors at the venue (in Cape Town) and then live streamed to the industry for all to enjoy. 

Many debt counselling practices and credit provider debt review departments will take some time that day to tune in to the event.

The live online broadcast is set to begin around noon with some preshow events for those online and then the main hybrid broadcast starting at 2pm (till just after 3pm). That way the show ends before the end of the work day and you can still get work done in the morning before the show. Since the event is at the end of the month, which is traditionally a busy time for the industry, the organisers do not want to take up the whole day.

The event is a good excuse to get everyone dressed up and have a little fun around the office. Regardless if your practice or business is in the running for an award or not, it can be interesting to see who among the PDAs, credit providers and debt counselling practices received high ratings in this year’s peer reviews and to hear from speakers from different industry bodies during the show.
