He will take charge of directing the organization’s dedication to a superior client experience in this recently created position. He will also be the primary point of contact for the Chief Sustainability Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Director of Corporate Communications.
Together, these teams will work to strategically position Sun Life as a worldwide brand that is focused on clients, people, and sustainability.
Chris will also be in charge of developing creative approaches to achieving Sun Life’s purpose, including the creation of quantifiable goals for helping its clients achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives while enhancing its ability to contribute to the development of a sustainable society and a healthier planet.
