Nottingham Financial Planning firm George Square Financial Management is celebrating 10 years of providing financial advice to clients across the Midlands.
The firm was founded by managing director George Goward in 2012 and now employs 20 staff including 10 advisers.
The firm says it has seen “sustained growth” in demand for its Financial Planning and mortgage advice and has added three senior advisers in the last 12 months.
Mr Goward said: “The firm’s corporate expansion plan has been focused on the creation of a highly experienced team of financial experts, central to which was the creation of a ten-strong team of advisers, each with specialist knowledge in individual elements of our portfolio of independent financial advice, from Financial Planning, investments and pensions to tax planning and mortgage advice.”
Chartered Financial Adviser George Bonsall joined in late 2021, with mortgage advisers Phil Browne and Alex Barrett joining as mortgage protection advisers in May this year.
The company has consistently supported Nottingham charities and regional charitable during its history, among them Age UK Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, The Lois Harnett Ball, Nottingham Children’s Hospital at Queen’s Medical Centre, and Prostate UK.
