Edward Bowie, 23, from Bromley has been using Airtasker since July 2022 as a side hustle to make extra income on top of his day job as a Currency Day Trader. By completing just two moving and delivery tasks every week with his van he can make a staggering £230 a day on Airtasker! Edward would like to use the money to help with the cost of living and to start saving for a house with his girlfriend. He found out about Airtasker when he found a video of Airtasker co-founder, Tim Fung on YouTube.
“Airtasker has been an amazing way to make extra income on the side of my day job, I always like to keep busy and Airtasker has given me the freedom to make extra money whenever I want. It has also made saving for my first home seem like more of a reality!”
Brits can sign up as service providers or “Taskers” to complete pick up and delivery tasks to help those who want to avoid the travel chaos. With taxis and courier services being fully booked and costly, it’s likely many Brits will be looking for assistance with pick up + deliveries.
