The fourth scenic point can be found south of the Ring of Echos and north of Crimson Pillars. Look up to the top of the rock pillar using your jetpack to get it.
With your standard jetpack, 3x dash and the Dodge Stamina, you will get to the platform’s top. To use the Stamina trick, press CTRL + SPACE twice and forward till you get to the top.

The last scenic point is the Tomb of Thorns found south of Crimson Pillars.
