“Our vision is to be Australia’s bank of choice and we believe our success is driven by our purpose – to feed into the prosperity of our customers and communities, not off them,” Baker said.
“It’s this purpose and the way our employees put our customers at the centre of everything they do that sets us apart from other financial institutions.”
Baker said the findings that were contained in Roy Morgan’s latest quarterly update allowed consumers to describe in their own words why they trust or distrust a brand using data and insights from more than 60,000 Australians.
“We are a bank with heart and heritage and we are proud that more than 2.2 million Australians are choosing to bank with us, an increase of 7.3% in the last financial year,” she said.
