Wealth manager and professional services group Evelyn Partners has acquired Ashcroft Partnership LLP in Cambridge.
Ashcroft is a growing firm of Chartered Accountants and tax specialists serving the East of England.
The firm offers a range of assurance, corporate finance, business and personal tax services.
The price of the deal has not been revealed.
Ashcroft specialises in landed estates, farming and agriculture, real-estate, the leisure and hospitality sector and supporting technology entrepreneurs. It has a team of 40 staff.
