Cheshire-based Clarion Wealth Planning has appointed Bradley Peet as an associate Financial Planner.
He joins Alderley Edge-based Clarion after three years at Manchester-based Carpenter Rees.
He specialises in advising clients on their investments, pensions and tax planning.
Mr Peet is studying to attain chartered status and aims to become a fellow of the CII by the end of the year.
The role became available following an internal promotion.
Mr Peet said: “I was seeking a role that would assist with my development, by presenting new challenges and providing opportunities to work on more complex advice, and Clarion is the perfect place to do this. I jumped at the opportunity to join the team.
“Being involved with clients on a day-to-day basis at Clarion will greatly assist with my development in the world of Financial Planning. My ultimate goal is to lead the advice with my own portfolio of clients, and I am confident that Clarion is the ideal environment in which to develop the necessary skills to achieve this.”
He will start by working alongside Clarion director John Winstanley and his team, carrying out technical research, planning and reporting for clients, while also monitoring their financial plans using the firm’s cash flow modelling software.
Clarion Wealth Planning was founded by Ron Walker in 1985. The firm provides lifelong Financial Planning to business owners and families across the north west and beyond.
The firm was originally based in Knutsford, but moved to Alderley Edge due to expansion in 2017.
