I make it no secret that saving money on food and groceries has been key during my journey to improve my finances. I’m a major foodie but taught myself how to cook several years ago in an attempt to save more money. If you’re looking for a way to stretch your dollar when it comes to groceries, like me, Fetch Rewards is an app to consider trying out. And, there are many different Fetch Rewards hack choices to earn you even more points to exchange for gift cards.
I still enjoy trying out new recipes that I find on YouTube or social media. While cooking at home is going to be much cheaper than dining out or take out, you still have to budget for groceries. So check out the different Fetch Rewards hack options you can take advantage of!
What is Fetch Rewards?
Fetch Rewards works directly with popular brands to help consumers save thousands on products they use every day. In other words, you can earn points and rewards for your regular shopping. No need to worry about clipping coupons or shopping around for the best offers.
I tried clipping coupons years ago, and lasted about a few days. I totally understand the concept, but most people don’t have time to do that. Spending hours just to save $0.30 here and $0.50 there doesn’t seem like a productive use of time.
Now, I’m all about hacks that will help you save money or earn rebates in just a few seconds and that’s where Fetch Rewards comes in. This app works perfectly with stores where you’ll pick up groceries since you can receive rewards for many foods and drink items and brands.
Since we all have to get groceries each month, it makes sense to earn some rewards for a task we do already anyway.
How it Works
Using Fetch Rewards is pretty simple. You’ll earn points for buying items from certain brands. More on that in just a bit. You can also browse the app to view offers for certain products to earn even more points.
When it’s time to go to the store, do your shopping as you normally would but hold onto the receipt. Scan your receipt into the app when you’re done to receive points. Points are often based on the price of the product or the offer itself.
It’s easy to earn rewards by just buying products that you normally get. Don’t worry about buying special products or brands just to earn points. The whole point of the app is to help you save money so you don’t want to overspend on stuff you don’t need in an attempt to earn more rewards.
Also, recently Fetch introduced a new way to earn points, their wheel! Basically, when you upload a receipt picture, you have a chance to get more points by spinning the wheel. However, keep in mind that you can only do it once every 24 hours. You’ll also need a physical receipt in order to get the option.
Brands to Choose From
As I mentioned, Fetch Rewards partners with tons of popular brands to make it easy for you to earn points. They partner with baby brands like Huggies, personal care companies like Dove and Suave, along with food brands like Kraft, Knorr, Ore Ida, Sun Chips, and more.
I was excited to see brands like Bubbly, Lipton, and Lunchables on the list. My son loves Lunchables, so it will be nice to earn rewards when I grab them for his snack.
Bubbly is one of my favorite drink brands because it’s healthier than regular soda, but it is a little pricey so using Fetch Rewards can help me supplement the cost.
Redeeming Rewards
As you continue to use Fetch Rewards and earn points, you can redeem them for gift cards. They offer a wide range of gift cards for places like:
- Apple
- Google Play
- Hulu Plus
- Best Buy
- Uber
- Walmart
- Whole Foods
- Home Depot
- Restaurants
- And more!
