One of the most common questions I get from readers and subscribers is, “How can I work at home as an internet researcher?” Makes sense! A lot of us are master Googlers and consider ourselves pretty good at research.
I’ve actually written a more in-depth blog post about online research jobs here, but today I thought I would do a thorough search online to see what companies are advertising openings for work at home researchers right now.
The jobs you’ll see below vary greatly in the types of companies, the type of research, requirements to apply, and of course pay rate.
I’ve tried to include as much relevant information as I can to help you decide whether these openings are a fit.
Good luck if you apply for anything listed below.

4 – Get It Recruit – Real Estate Researcher
Get It Recruit is hiring a work from home real estate researcher. This is a part-time role.
In this role, you will be exploring the MLS, uncovering valuable market data, and conducting regression analysis among other things.
Per the job posting, “This position is ideal for someone with experience as a registered trainee, licensed appraiser, BPO specialist, or certified appraiser, seeking a fresh and innovative environment to thrive.”
The listing has no formal education requirements.
The salary is listed at $40,000 to $180,000 per year. So, while the listing doesn’t say, I’m guessing that this is commission-based or at least partially commission-based.

6 – BONUS – Check FlexJobs For More Work at Home Research Jobs
FlexJobs is one of my favorite sites to use for finding remote jobs and learning about new companies that hire remotely.
The great thing about FlexJobs is that they guarantee ALL listings are scam-free. They list hundreds of jobs — all of which are either remote or flexible in nature — five days per week. There are also no ads on the site.
Because there are no ads, they do charge a membership fee since that is the only way they can see a return on their job-searching efforts. But it’s cheap — $14.95 a month. And you can get a 30% discount if you use promo code AFFILPROMO.
If you sign up and don’t like it, it’s very easy to cancel right away so you are not billed again for the following month.
