Email Agent Jobs that are Scams

Before I go into the details about this work from home job, I want to make you aware that there are fake/scam work from home jobs for Email Processors.  You can find these scam postings on social media, popular job boards, and elsewhere claiming you will get paid $250 a day or more to send, receive, and process emails for a company.

There is a company called Sticker Mule that is currently hiring Email Chat Agents to work from home paying $23.54 per hour.  Sticker Mule is a company that many people use to make custom stickers, decals, labels, t-shirts, packages, labels, magnets, buttons, and more for their business.  They offer free shipping to customers all around the world.

What are my job duties?

Because Sticker Mule has a lot of customers they service, they need you to be responsible for providing world-class support to them via email and social media.  Your job is to respond to customer inquiries in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner about their products, orders, etc.  Other job duties will require you to propose edits and additions to FAQs and their internal knowledge base.  You may even be called upon to offer ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of their customer operation.

What are the requirements?

They are looking for remote workers who have 1+ years of experience in a customer support role.  You also need exceptional writing skills to craft and respond to customers via email in a conversational and helpful tone.  Sticker Mule is also looking for candidates who have experience working remotely.

How many hours will I be required to work?

Sticker Mule is currently hiring people to send out emails on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) working Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 11 pm Mountain Standard Time.

What is the hourly rate?

You will be hired at an hourly rate of $23.54 per hour.  This means you will make $941.60 per hour a week before taxes.

What kind of perks do they offer?
