1 – Engtal
You can currently apply to work at home as an entry-level data analyst through Engtal.
This position is advertising a yearly salary of at least $80,000, and it offers full-time hours.
In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of financial models and analysis among other responsibilities.
Their ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or similar.

2 – Virtuous
Virtuous is looking for a tier one tech support specialist to work remotely.
This is a full-time role. However, the pay rate is not listed in the job description although benefits are offered.
If hired, you will be responding to incoming support tickets from customers received via email or phone using Zendesk with exceptional attention to detail and detecting, analyzing, and communicating bugs to the Tier 2 support team through thorough investigation and supporting evidence among other responsibilities.
Their ideal candidate has 2+ years B2B SaaS Technical Support experience and an analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot/test use cases and issues in software.

3 – OneSupport
OneSupport frequently has work at home tech support jobs posted for people living in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (except Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
These are typically full-time positions, but this varies depending on staffing needs.
Per a recent job desecription, “As a member of our technical support team, you’ll have the opportunity to provide troubleshooting assistance for both residential and business customers, helping them overcome issues like slow internet speeds, outages, and email support.”
Pay is on the low side at only $12 hourly, but the job is entry-level and may provide some experience if you are looking to break into work at home tech support. Benefits are also offered.

4 – TTech
TeleTech has been around since 1982. Most of their jobs involve answering questions for customers. This includes activities such as troubleshooting, support ticket creation, and escalation.
You can browse their jobs page at any time to see what remote tech support postings are listed. Currently, they are hiring remote principal cloud security engineers.
The key responsibility of a cloud security engineer is to review, plan/design and document secure cloud-based systems, including infrastructure, platforms, and applications.
This particular role requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. The listing does say that related experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
The pay rate is listed at $170K to $180K yearly.

5 – Data Dimensions
Data Dimensions is currently hiring a data analyst to work remotely. This is a full-time role.
Per the job description, you will write complex SQL queries and troubleshoot data extractions as one of your primary responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in business administration, finance or related field; 2+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst, experience working with health care datasets is a plus.
Strong SQL skills, ability to aggregate and analyze large data sets involving multiple tables and subqueries are also desirable.
