15 Simple Jobs you can do from HomeAre you looking for simple jobs you can do from home that don’t require a lot of skills or experience?  These opportunities are not too difficult to come by and can even help you get hired for higher-paying jobs from Big Businesses and Corporations.  The experience you gain working easy jobs independently will not only give a boost to your resume but also the confidence to reach out for more complex jobs.

I’ve worked some of the simple jobs in the post when I first started my work from home journey.  I leaned towards jobs that involve writing or typing because it was my strong point and something I really enjoyed.

You can do the same.  Apply for jobs that are in line with your skills and abilities but do not rule out other jobs because they will help you develop and acquire new skills along the way.

  1. Spanish Fact Checker – Outlier is looking for people to with Spanish fluency who currently reside in the US to read text and rank the responses produced by AI models.  You may also write a short story in Spanish about a given topic.  This job pays $25 per hour.  There is some writing and translating experience required.
  2. YouTube Captioners – Rev has openings for remote workers to watch online content and write captions for YouTube videos or work on closed captions for a movie or a big brand’s marketing videos.  This job pays every Monday via PayPal.  You can start working right away as soon as you are approved.  Open worldwide.
  3. Social Media Agents – LiveWorld needs individuals to reject or approve content on social media posts.  You will also respond to customer questions and engage with online users.  You must be able to compose well-written messages.  English fluency is also necessary.  Hourly pay.
  4. Virtual Assistant – Fancy Hands has simple jobs for Virtual Assistants to schedule various appointments in behalf of others, find hotels, select the best prices or rates, and even make phone calls when needed.  You will need very strong written communication skills and a computer with reliable internet.  Pays per task every other Tuesday.
  5. Content Reviewers – Gaggle is recruiting candidates to help keep young people safe online.  Your job is to review student activity for potentially concerning activity to identify and uncover drug abuse, bullying, threats of violence, teen depression, and other related issues.  They prefer candidates with experience in education, crisis management, safety content review, child advocacy, or other related field.  This job allows you to work in the constraints of your own schedule.
  6. Engagement Moderators – ModSquad is currently seeking individuals to engage with customers to assist and guide them to the right answers and solve concerns.  You will need previous engagement moderation experience.  Part-time.  Hourly pay with paid orientation.
  7. Production QC Associate – Drips has simple jobs for people to test, edit, and ensure the deliverability of our client’s SMS messages across multiple cellular carriers.  You will log the results.  The company will provide you with a laptop and phones to use for testing.  This job requires good grammar and problem-solving skills.  Hourly pay.  You will work 12 to 28 hours a week Monday through Friday that fits best with your schedule.
  8. Disneyland Contributor – GameRant is seeking contributors with extensive familiarity and knowledge about all things Disneyland to research, pitch, and write news coverage, guides, features, and eventually reviews surrounding the Theme Park niche.  You will contribute at least 25 articles each week.
  9. Data Clerk Contributor – GameRant also needs contributors to help us shape and complete our larger Video Game Datasets and Wikis.  You will ensure every piece of data is 100% accurate.  Requires previous writing experience, knowledge of gaming franchises, attention to detail, and familarity with GameRant.
  10. Media Search Analyst – Telus Digital needs people to evaluate and analyze search outcomes for App Store Content and conducting research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.  You must have an Apple device and know how to use Apple products.  This is a part-time long-term project that will allow you to se your own schedule.

  13. AI Speakers – Bable Audio is looking for people to have 15 minute conversations with AI.  These conversations help to build AI training datasets which are used by technology companies to build the next generation of audio and speech AI models.  Pick your own hours.
  14. English Speakers – Crowd Gen by Appen has a simple project for English speakers in the US to listen to audio files and review transcriptions for accuracy.  You will also add timestamps and identify and label speakers.  Work on your own schedule.  Pays $180 an hour.
  15. Data Entry – Smart Data Solutions is looking for data entry keyers to accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system.  You will review and verify entered data and perform other simple tasks.  You must type 50 wpm and pay attention to detail.  Hourly pay.  Full and part-time openings available.
