ICF is currently hiring Survey Interviewers to play a crucial role in gathering valuable data by conducting structured interviews with selected participants.  Your efforts will contribute to research projects that inform policy decisions and program improvements across various sectors.  The data you collect is very important to their clients in the Federal and Global health agencies.

ICF needs remote Researchers to work on a flexible part-time basis for at least 20 to 29 hours every week.

What will I be doing as a Survey Interviewer? 

As a Survey Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting interviews through scripted multiple-choice questions over the phone.  You will then accurately record their responses using a computer-aided telephone recorded system or CATI.  You will remain neutral and unbiased as you record their answers.

In addition, you will build rapport with respondents to encourage honest and thoughtful answers and address any questions or concerns they may have about the survey process.  It is important that you are accurate to maintain data integrity.

What are the job requirements?

This is an entry-level job only requiring minimal experience and/or skills.  Qualified candidates must have the following below.

• Active listening and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative attitude.
• Can work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
• Basic keyboard skills.
• Type 30 wpm.
• A clear speaking voice to read from a script.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
