Hiring Quality Reviewers
Millennium Information Services, Inc. is a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies. They are currently accepting applications for remote workers to primarily review and process photos and inspector reports from their home office.
This is needed to verify the property condition including the exterior and interior dwelling. This would include the home’s footprint, building types, materials, or any visible hazards before you submit the report to the client.
Before you review the photos, Field Inspectors of Millennium are assigned a territory. They go out to obtain photos of the home, outbuildings, and any hazards/deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. The next step a Field Inspector does is to input information into their proprietary system. Your job reviewing photos is the final step in the reporting process.
What are the requirements?
Millennium is looking for people who are detail-oriented or possess strong attention to detail, have excellent written communication skills, average computer skills, and have a basic understanding of building types and materials. Do I need previous experience?
No. The company will provide you with all the training to perform your job duties as a Quality Reviewer via webinar.
How much will I make?
The hourly rate for Quality Reviewers is $14 per hour. If you work 20 hours a week on a part-time basis, you will take home $280. Reviewers who work full-time for 40 hours each week will make $560.

Yes. Millennium is also hiring Property Field Inspectors to go out and take photos of homes in your state. You will need a reliable vehicle to do this along with a smartphone, general construction knowledge, and pass a background check. This job pays $10 to $20 for exterior photos and $40 to $90 for interior photos. Each inspection will take no more than 10 minutes of your time. You will then submit the information through your smartphone.
