What are the job responsibilities?

Your job is to evaluate, review, and analyze operational procedures from all communication channels.  This may also include service requests, refund processing, outgoing correspondence, and future quality review implementations.  Your evaluation will improve satisfaction scores and the customer experience.  Other responsibilities include analyzing spreadsheets, making sure employees give proper verbal statements, and that client requirements and policies are met.

There could be times when you may be asked to develop reports or assist with training as needed.
