My daughter is currently working from home for Telus as a Rater. I asked her some questions about the job, perks (if any), and the hiring process, and here is what she said.

How long did it take for you to start working for Telus?
It took about 4 weeks for me to log in and start working on tasks.
What was the job application process like?
I applied online for one of their positions and Telus reached out to me via email. The application process took about 30 minutes to complete which included tests to evaluate your reading and grammar skills. Once you pass this initial test, you will be invited to continue in the hiring process.
The next steps involved a series of testing and training for the Rater position. These tests help to prepare you to rate each task accurately.
What happened next?
She received a congratulations letter from Telus to let her know she finished and completed all the steps and can now start working for them.
What is your job like?
The majority of my job involves rating video content on YouTube. I also rate still video side-by-side images to evaluate the quality.
What do you like about the job?
It is easy and I can work anytime for as much or as little as I want. Plus I don’t have to leave the house or get dressed up to go to work.
When do you get paid?
Payments are made every other week directly to my bank account.
Are there any perks with this job?
